Post-graduate in Civil Procedural Law by the Academia Brasileira de Direito Processual Civil (Brazilian Academy of Civil Procedural Law) – ABDPC in 2008. Holds an MBA in Economics and Corporate Law by Getulio Vargas Foundation – FGV in 2012. MBA in Corporate Transactions and Tax Planning by INEJE in 2014. Maria Cristina is highly specialized in civil advisory and litigation and in issues regarding corporate law, assisting the constitution and structuring of corporate businesses, especially real state and industrial ventures, with the organization of alliances, structuring and elaboration of contracts of SPE, SPC, consortium, joint ventures, etc. She has an entrepreneurial view founded in technical knowledge acquired in her academic specialization, as well as in practical experience in conducting and business administration. She is also fluent in English.
